"Lake Lenwood"...

In 1979/1980 Mr. Temme rented a cabin just outside of West Bend, Wisconsin, some of his best verses were written there...one of those poems was "Lake Lenwood"...Published in a Dorrance Anthology in (1980)... A few years prior, Mr. Temme appeared on his first and only televised talk show interview in 1978, in a rare morning television interview, out of a Milwaukee station for his "second" published book of verse,"Searching For Truth" (1978)... Later in a (Dorrance Anthology 1980) he published, "LAKE LENWOOD" Start... "I see the winter coming, slowly upon Lake Lenwood, angel white flakes of snow, melting into the water, autumn winds turned spring water cold... White birch, hickory raped of leaves, musky scents of autumn woods. The morning sun glistening on the water, reflecting its message upon face, I see the winter coming..." by: Mark E. Temme (Dorrance Anthology 1980)
